From the Chartres Métropole Sustainable Development Day in Eure-et-Loir to the UniTechDays at UniLaSalle organized by UniLaSalle Beauvais, in the Oise department, this weekend was full of opportunities for discussion.
– In Chartres, Sustainable Development Day provided an opportunity to talk with residents of the metropolitan area, who are increasingly using miscanthus in their gardens!
– In Beauvais, the UniTechDays provided an opportunity for hands-on discussions with the next generation of agronomists, who organized two days of demonstrations to explore innovative agronomic solutions aimed at promoting sustainable, resilient, and high-performing agriculture. It was also an opportunity to discuss with farmers in the area covered by the Beauvais metropolitan area’s district heating network project and the proposed contracts for the planned 150 hectares of miscanthus.
