For the past three years, Novabiom has been a mission-driven company. This means that it does not pursue solely economic goals; it is also committed to making a positive social and environmental impact.

To put this commitment into practice, Novabiom has appointed a steering committee. This committee ensures that the company remains true to its mission and makes tangible progress toward achieving its goals. Each year, an action plan is developed to translate these commitments into concrete actions.

The task force is responsible for ensuring that these initiatives are effectively implemented. It then prepares an annual report that is presented to the General Meeting. This report provides a transparent overview of progress made and areas for improvement.
