A New Milestone at the Novabiom Production Site

Novabiom has installed a new system at its production site: a baghouse filter. This new dust collection and extraction system replaces the cyclone installed in 2019.

Dust removal from miscanthus is a key aspect of our expertise that sets us apart. Its use as horse bedding, for example, involves strict requirements regarding residual dust.

This equipment was installed in-house by Novabiom's technicians.

It will make it possible to:

  • Improved dust removal from chips, particularly very fine dust
  • A significant improvement in working conditions for operators, with less airborne dust and fewer emissions.

 

The equipment was designed to accommodate additional air volumes for the new processing lines currently being planned at Novabiom.
